Account Executive

Mrs Le Gendre our account executive comes up with creative ideas for advertising campaigns and act as a liaison between Paragon and its clients. She’s responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.

Account Executive Responsibilities
Broad account executive duties may include the following; we’ll look at day-to-day tasks of an account executive in a later section:

  • Negotiating with clients and closing contracts
  • Attending to clients’ needs and developing relationships
  • Acquiring more clients through prospecting and canvassing
  • Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services
  • Assisting new clients through any processes
  • Account executives are usually expected to bring in new business and often are given annual quotas. They also may be assigned clients by the company, and are also usually required to keep in touch with clients regularly to keep lines of communication open.

Account executives are expected to respond promptly to client emails, inquiries, and requests for information

• Sales Activities
Account executives reach out to prospects through cold calling, email outreach, or networking events to introduce the company's products or services

• Account Management
Account executives conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify upsell. Rhonda also is responsible for the social media accounts for clients, overseeing the platforms performance and providing reports and analysis for clients’ brand online.

Within the framework of Paragon’s functional structure, Rhonda serves as the main point of contact for accounts, billing and receivables.
